899 Washington Apartments

i’ve had a great experience at 899 washington. the property is always well kept and clean. the staff is very friendly and helpful at all times. irene and natalie have made the moving process incredibly easy, and they both are very communicative and kind. maintenance requests are always fulfilled quickly and professionally. i would 100% recommend this community!

Alex was incredible. I had this work order open for an extremely long time with multiple different people that would reach out and then not follow up. The second Alex took it over he reached out and coordinated a time with me and stayed late to help me out. He fixed the leak so quickly and was apologetic for the work order taking so long even though it wasn’t his fault at all. I really appreciate his hard work on a Friday to help me!!

Held off on writing a review until I got a few months under my belt. Overall this apartment is really nice. The managers are very responsive and communicative. I really have enjoyed it, but not everything is perfect of course. Responding to the other reviews: never once had an issue with laundry, they’re almost never all in use. They are expensive though. The water situation hasn’t occurred for me. You can hear when the neighbor is showering because the water runs, but it doesn’t affect mine in anyway. The walls aren’t too thin, I’ve never heard my neighbors except when in the hall. Maintenance does drop in unexpected and doesn’t leave a note, but I prefer that to not having maintenance done. ve lived here for a year now and the best word I can use to describe it is adequate. First of all, RedPeak has so many properties that they all become poorly managed, especially the cheaper ones like 899. When I moved in, the girl helping with my lease had no idea what the inside of the apartment looked like. Thank god I waited on buying furniture because the apartment I got was not even close to the apartment layout my lease stated it was and this girl wouldnt lift a finger in an attempt to try to find out what the inside looked like. Just ask maintenance to swing by and look? Speaking of, maintenance comes by and enters constantly and freely. Very offputting. The walls are like paper so I suggest living on one of the top floors. Water pressure is extremely inconsistent, could potentially go without water for some time. Appliances are mid at best. Laundry prices have risen just in the last 4 months. Couldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone for the price.
