888 Lofts

Lane and his team roll out the red carpet and provide excellent service! Any issues I've had have been resolved immediately! Its a night and day difference compared to the previous owners!

New management as of September 01, 2022. Lane Lean is running the show along with Ali Mays, janitorial and maintenance staff. The change has brought a spotless building, hallways, pool area, club house and surrounding area a first class experience. We were moving due to previous owners but just renewed our lease for another year. Here's a view from the outdoor balcony.

888 Lofts is an amazing place to live, thanks to the outstanding work of Lane and the team. From the start, Lane has been incredibly helpful and attentive, always being available to assist with any questions. I had a lockout and some issues with the kitchen, all maintenance requests were responded to promptly same day! I will say the Amenities are a hit or miss. The pool closed super early in the season, while other place had theirs open till the end of September. Hot tub doesn't work sometimes. The lounge area is awesome, free coffee and pool table! It is super underutilized, if there was wifi down there it would make a great work/study spot. A ping-pong table would be nice to have as well. Also elevators are pretty slow and seem to be down a lot. That said, for the location in downtown

My name is John Hesser, I was a resident of 888 Lofts for 12 months. 888 Lofts is a Large upscale apartment in the middle of downtown Lawrence. It is on the pricier side, so as a college student I am choosing to find something cheaper. However, while i was there, it was my experience that everything including my room was clean and newer. Maintenance was always fast. The manager: Lane LeAn was professional, fair, personable and helpful. By extension, the leasing office was also nice. If location matters to you, I would recommend this place.

Lived in the 888 and the 901 lofts and my and my partners experience was very positive. Everytime there was an issue or problem including maintenance they were very helpful and quick. I highly recommend living here if you enjoy downtown Lawrence.
