AVOID THESE APARTMENTS. I use to live here but moved out a couple years ago. when I moved in summer 2020 the building was well kept. Over the years it got ran down. There isn’t AC but they lied abd said there was. The building is hell hot in the summer. I had to buy a portable AC unit. They always turned the water off once a week for 3-8 hrs for boiler repairs without notice. Times I couldn’t shower before work or right after the gym. Maintenance would take 3-4 weeks to complete requests unless it was emergency. They would even complete them in the system without doing the job. I had water gushing down my living room walls twice from pipes in the building and once in my bathroom above the tub. The shower would turn cold then Back hot then cold and stay cold. People steal laundry and leave
Lived here for 4 years, first year no pest issues just moved into a dirty, half patched apartment. Took months for us to get the floor redone. A year later start experiencing flooding issues. Constant soap and bubbles coming out of toilet and bath. Had a huge flooding issue that they fixed but we got mismatched flooring and a terrible mismatched tub. One year later the “new tile” they placed in our bathroom started growing black mold all while flooding continued. Main issue was the German cockroach infestation happening for 3 years. Multiple tickets, multiple sprayings, and nothing improved. Found roaches in the kitchen every evening and eventually started spreading into our living room and rooms. Our balcony always had dog pee seeping from above and a couple sprays not no solution found.
This place has become ridiculous, I’ve had issues from day 1 and have tried addressing them to the office via email and in person. Everything from roaches in my unit, maintenance issues that I had put on the move in inspection list (that still haven’t been fixed), and constant noise complaints from neighbors (not the normal day to day noises) but music going on throughout the night anywhere from 1 am to 4 am. I’ve contacted the police about it and had them get involved but it continues. Each time I go to the office about these issues, they state they will follow up but never do. I screenshot all my emails I send to the office, along with the maintenance requests so I have a record and have a follow up message from the police about three times I’ve called, yet have never received any follow
Our neighbor got out of their lease because they found homeless people living on the roof. I have never gone out of my way to make a review about something until living here; Truly surprised this place is legally allowed to hold tenants with the negligence from staff. To keep it short, here are a list of things that I never once received in the span of my 12 month lease (after multiple requests) -A key to the building -Multiple holes in the wall/paint covers -Broken screens, no access to A/C - living on the 7th floor, it was 89° in the summer; our screen doors were broken, so we couldn’t open the windows for air without our animals getting out; They were either at risk of heat exhaustion or a 7-story fall. Here are a list of things that were CONSISTENT recurring issues within my 12 month
This is a beautiful centrally located apartment with great amenities. My apartment is massive and has amazing mountain views! Heller in the leasing office made sure I had a seamless move in, was always responsive, and was determined to help me find the perfect place. Highly recommend
