8601 Broadway Apartments

I took a tour , had a great service. Manager was helping me and showed me different apartments so i knew i had options. I loved that. They didnt try to rush me out. Will be back to appy this week If you need an apartment go talk to Maria , shes going to give you options

Came to check some prices for my nephew and the ladies in the front office were very helpful and nice. My leasing agent Joe showed me a couple of apartments and gave me the run down on what was needed but the big walk in closets were the seller. 10/10 service

Griselda and Maria are great managers and are friendly and easy to talk to. They are very helpful whenever you have questions or need something taken care of. Any issues are usually handled pretty quickly, which makes living here less stressful. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and the community. Overall, they do a really good job managing the apartment complex.

The best management ever!! Ms keysi helped me thought out my app process it was fast and smooth she also very cool and friendly the office staff is the best and maintenance they know what do and they are also the best I love this place. I love my new apartment with new court new black appliances l am in love with this property, best decision ever

I’ll just say this the they ask people to do reviews. So most of the reviews are fake, but I will say Jo was very helpful , but I was promised new appliances new remodeled unit it was not, I had old white appliances, the paint was awful they paint the counter tops too. Also big roach infestation roaches were painted in the cabinets roaches coming out of holes underneath the counter, my toilet was broken for 1 week until they finally put another in but I was already ready to go. None the less if you are looking for a cheap place and don’t mind roaches and painted counter tops old appliances, and weird people walking around all day give them a try!!!!
