Only visiting - not a tenant. It's a great building. Very nice doormen. Spotless common areas. Would be five stars except (and don't tell my host) the a/c is not adequate to cool the apartment with floor to ceiling windows letting the sun pour in.

This is a timeless classic! You won't find a pool or rooftop deck here; but you will find the classical elegant architecture of Mies Van Der Rohe that has withstood the test of time. People love this building for its simple style, its proximity to the lake and everything great about Streeterville.

I live here and LOVE it!!! Like living within a piece of art. Floor to ceiling windows, open concept before there was such a thing, and wonderful people. Thank you, Mies, for enriching our lives!!!

Absolutely gorgeous buildings, grounds are perfectly maintained. All these years later, this place is as Mies van der Rohe would have wanted to be.
