I absolutely LOVED living at 841 Memorial along with my husband and our dog. The management team (Hey Shawn! 👋🏼) are incredible. It was hands down the best experience I've ever had at an apartment to date. The maintenance team, Ronald especially is always on top of it. They're very quick to respond and always aim to get any issues resolved as quickly as possible. It's very dog friendly and yet still clean and well maintained. We lived in two different apartments during our 2 years at 841, both on the ground floor. We loved the interiors, the design is modern and all the appliances worked very well. Great location and previously had a very positive experience with the former management team. Unfortunately, the new management has begun charging a redundant renters insurance fee, despite being provided proof of third-party coverage on multiple occasions—including an in-person conversation with the property manager. This issue has been ongoing for several months without resolution. It’s disappointing to see this happening in such a nice community.

I am coming up on a year with this property. I have had zero issues until the new management group came in and would rate my overall experience up until then at like a 4. I’m not sure what happened in the transition but it is just not well kept, and no one is ever available at the front. Their voicemail box is always full and they are unresponsive. When I had expressed interest in resigning they were uninterested and not helpful as far as the process of moving into a bigger unit. For these reasons I am not resigning and moving elsewhere in this same area. They have made that process particularly difficult as they have failed to do my rental verification as requested by my new apartment complex and again are wholly unresponsive and unprofessional. I am bummed to leave my unit bc I like it
