Community is safe and quiet , maintenance is not good . Lower floors have insect problems . There is no emergency maintenance team for emergencies. Since 12 p.m. last night we had water leakage in community that our properties ran out of water , We have to wait till 10a.m so they come to office .

A property with charm and respected elegance… As I sit down to write this review, I must first and foremost thank Mr. Joshua Bailey, who has been by far one of the most professional, welcoming, patient, and kind leasing agents that I have met. I have toured a lot of properties and have met with some beautiful and warm-hearted people, but it was something about this man’s integrity and patience as I moved through my moments of trying to gather things that I appreciate. I’ve been living in a hotel and seeking to get out rapidly; out of courtesy and consideration he took the time to not only see me the first day upon surprise with tons of questions, but also to be available each time that I repeatedly came back to inquire. Jairo and Aaron were both very professional and courteous. They completed all work orders that were able to be done in house and informed the service manager about the one that they needed a vendor for. They also both worked very well together and communicated with me every step of the way.

Jairo has made our move in very pleasant. He made sure he fixed everything that we needed and was very kind while doing so. I haven’t met anyone else from the maintenance team yet; but hopefully they are all as kind and thoughtful as him! Jairo, you rock!!!

Jairo, the maintenance man, is the best! Very hardworking and professional problem solver. We don’t put in a lot of maintenance requests but when we do, it gets handled in the swiftest way. Hands down one of the many reasons why we choose to keep living here every year!
