81 West Apartments

I loved living at 81 West and have nothing but all amazing things to say! Now living at another building after moving an hour away, I realize even more just HOW well run 81 West is and I miss living here. Any time I submitted a maintenance request, John or another staff member took care of it right away and everyone is polite with great communication. I even had an emergency maintenance situation one evening (something random, no issues with the units) and John helped right away! Carla is a wonderful property manager all around- she’s extremely organized, kind, and always keeps everyone up to date any time there are updates. Other communities are way too big/ overpopulated/ you are just a number, but 81 west is truly the PERFECT size community and they are attentive to detail.

Carla and Danny were absolutely wonderful. I toured a few different apartments, but ultimately chose 81 West because of their friendliness and professionalism. They made the entire process smooth and welcoming, and were always helpful when answering questions. I really appreciated how kind and attentive they were throughout the whole experience.

Update was repaired for one use now its broken again. Then the manager has the cahonneys to say I know how to do my Job no you don't don't rent here I have 43 days left.. Original review. Hot tubs been down since tropical storm Debby always takes them extremely long to get amenities service done . Why so many empty apartments

I have been with 81 west for 2 years now. Unfortunately but fortunate for me I found my dream home now. Carla, Sam and staff have been amazing since I got there. The grounds are always taken care of, great communication on things going on around the complex. They set up the club house for events and holidays which I found remarkable! Food trucks stop by frequently for residents. Pool and gym were my two favorite spots! Thanks for a memorable 2 years. Affordable, clean, one community feeling, and amenities keep you busy!

The management staff and maintenance staff are SUPERB! Living here the past two years have been quiet especially the neighbors. I highly recommended.
