806 Property Management

Please don't rent your house through this company. I worked with a lady named Cindy. She was rude from the very beginning. I signed a 12 months lease and my deposit was $1775. When my lease was up 30 days later they sent me a check in the mail for only $775. I couldn't believe my eyes. I paid my rent early every month. I left the house cleaner then when I moved in. I mowed the grass 2 days before I moved out. This is fraud! This is what they took a $1000 from me for. $250 to clean the house for the next person. $250 to mow the grass. $500 to touch up paint. If you look it up they are not supposed to charge us for basic wear and tear. That is to be expected as I was there for 12 months. The crazy thing is the house was clean. The grass was mowed and the paint did not need to be touched up

We've rented from 806 Property Management for 4 years. If I could give 4.5 stars I would....the management company is actually great. They fix things RIGHT AWAY...sometimes even the same day you report them. BUT - I take one star away for our point of contact Cassandra. She's frankly rude and on several occasions upon us emailing her about different things she just didn't even bother to answer, which is unbelievably unprofessional. Her telephone manner was also very rude. Years ago we tried to buy the sweet little rental house we were living in and asked her to please ask the owner if he was interested in selling. She refused to even take him the offer saying he wouldn't be interested. Well fast forward a few years...my husband found the owners address through some investigative work and w

If I could give them a 0 star I would! They manage the house next to mine and it’s ran down! Their renters don’t cut their grass! They block everyone’s driveways. Their fence has been knocked down since March 4 and I have been in contact with them to fix it since it’s their property fence and no one has been out to fix it. This company is HORRIBLE to deal with! They get paid to manage properties and they don’t. I will be in contact with the owner of the house Monday. I will fix it this weekend and charge them 10x the cost. I will edit this post in the morning and add pictures of the fence that has been knocked down for over a month.

Company denied my application and refused to speak with me or tell me why. Horrible communication, very unprofessional. Give your money to someone else! EDIT: I had to hound the nice lady who showed the house to me, and let her know I couldn’t get an explanation from anyone as to why I was denied. Her response was “He (Max) does that, I’ll have to ask him to contact you”. And then Max responded. I don’t want someone that lazy managing where my children and I stay. I can’t imagine how long it takes to get a simple repair.

We rent from this property management. They are so good abt getting our problems resolved fast!! As soon as we put in a Maintance request, it is assigned. If looking for a place to rent, this is the place to look!!
