805 Dahlia Apartments

I've lived at 805 Dahlia for several years now, and have been so impressed with the recent updates. The level of service we've received since I've been here has been very varied over the years, if you will, but the front office and maintenance staff that is working there now has been the best yet. The Assistant Property Manager, Chelsea, is always very helpful, whether I have a question, have a package that has been delivered into the abyss, or just want to check-in. They are doing some upgrades to the secure entry system that will undoubtedly make our lives easier - the previous system was certainly doing its job of keeping the property secure, but offered a few obstacles of not having a key fob in hand, and the new system will alleviate those obstacles. I have been living at 805 Dahlia for only 2.5 months. The property management team has already spoiled me...from thoughtful move-in gifts to same day quick response time to any requests I have. Their communication is thoughtful, full of care, and direct. Their management of COVID has been proactive. I feel taken care of. Special acknowledgement to Lee, Leasing Professional, for being my point of contact - he's the best!

Worst property management company I have ever delt with. They overcharge for all of their properties, double charge and raise cost of utilities without asking, and are terrible to talk to if you have any concerns. Maintenance never comes and fixes things as they are broken. Safety patrol is a joke and doesn’t come when they are called. Don’t move here if you don’t want to be ripped off and have to constantly watch for ways they are taking advantage of you being locked in a lease.

Good amenities, not great follow through on some issues raised with management. Someone on my floor keeps leaving trash on the sidewalk despite the fact that management says they have addressed the issue. My apartment faces a courtyard with a pool, and the sound travels from that area into the apartments. It's impossible to concentrate when you have your window open.
