Review for 803 Corday Apartments (Unit 05-208) I’ve been renting for over 20 years without a single complaint against me—until moving here. Unfortunately, my experience at 803 Corday Apartments has been the worst rental situation I’ve ever had. First, the location is unbearable if your apartment faces Rickert Drive. The road noise is constant and feels like living next to a drag strip. On top of that, the buildings have terrible insulation. You’ll hear your neighbors’ conversations, footsteps, and even things like chopping food on a counter. People that own pets do not pick up after them. First off, I give two stars and not one because maintenance is very quick to respond and also the grounds are very nice and well kept, along with a good location near many conveniences (keep in mind though depending on your location in the complex there may be interference from the cell tower affecting any auto start on your car). However, our lease was up for renewal and we weren't notified until after it already expired. I've never had this happen anywhere else we've rented, we have always had a heads up in advance of what our renewal offers are and plenty of time to look elsewhere if need be. Been living here for over 2 years now, I have always been very impressed by the maintenance team! This winter with all the snow we had they were absolutely fantastic, always on top of the snow removal, I know they put in a lot of extra hours !!! I very much appreciated that, especially having to walk a dog.

I was ready to sign and excited about this at first, but Leasing tells you one price in person then when you go to apply an hour later, its not the same. When I told this person they told me a lower number (I had it written down and co firmed by the other person who was with me) they did not care, try to help or even acknowledge the mistake. Claims they can't do anything about it because what's online is what it is. Make sure you get your quote in writing!!
