Our experience living at 801 has been amazing so far! We’ve been here for about two months, and Nikki has truly made all the difference. She is attentive, professional, and always responsive whenever we’ve had questions or needed support. She genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly. We’re very happy with our decision to live here and truly appreciate Nikki for making our experience such a positive one. Highly recommend!

From the moment I arrived, the complex made a great impression. The property is well maintained, the home looked beautiful online and even better in person, and the overall atmosphere feels welcoming. The neighbors also seem genuinely kind...one even helped direct me to the correct spot and assisted me when I arrived, which immediately made me feel comfortable. What truly made the difference, though, was Nikki. I showed up without an appointment to view the home I had already applied for, and she was incredibly gracious, pleasant, and accommodating. Her warmth and professionalism played a major role in my decision to move forward, and I honestly would not have chosen to stay here without her. I hope management knows what an asset she is to the community. Side note: Do not be like me guys

I recently went to visit the 801 Central community because I'm currently in the process of finding a new place. I submitted a request online and the property manager Nikki gave me a call. I was able to tour the property the same day! Nikki was very personable and professional. She was waiting for me outside as I drove up to the model unit. She was a pleasure to talk to and work with, answered all my questions. I left fully informed about the property.
