My apartment search almost 2 yeara ago led me to another Magnolia property. While sharing with the leasing agent what I was looking for, she let me know of a unit that had become available at the Bishop Arts property. Growing up in Oak Cliff, the bus to school would drive on Bishop and I remember falling in love with the neighborhood. A quick tour of the unique floorplan and I was sold! It had everything I needed, a spacious floorplan, office space, balcony overlooking the neighborhood, and was close enough to the fun, but far enough to not be in the traffic of it. The Magnolia Bishop Arts staff, from the office to maintenance have always been so friendly and receptive to questions and feedback. They always say hi when they are on site and I appreciate the quick response to my requests. Al

I'm a long-time resident of Magnolia at Bishop Arts. I love this place. I stay because the floor plan, square footage and quality finishes are excellent value. The location is very convenient to downtown and Bishop Arts shopping and restaurants. The current management team is efficient, courteous and very responsive. The maintenance staff keep the building in great condition and respond to service requests immediately. Plus, you couldn't have better neighbors than those in this community.

I have lived here for almost 5 years. I am a Senior and wanted a safe building with great maintenance. This place has been perfect. I especially appreciate the efficiency of Haley and Delacy. They have always responded quickly to my questions and requests. I highly recommend this property.

Lived here for a year and just recently renewed my lease! I love it here and the staff is the cherry on top. Staff is very friendly, interactive, more specifically DeLacy and maintenance staff has always been so attentive to any issue and concern that I've had throughout my stay here.

I was a tenant for 4 years and recently moved. It was rough at first, but I have to admit things changed drastically once DeLacy came on board. She really does have an ear for residents and a passion to make your living experience stand out. While making my exit some of the issues I had starting coming into fruition like fiber internet, on site events, and resident communication improved drastically. My time at Bishop was not horrible. I had great neighbors and of course you are right in the heart of Bishop Arts. Hopefully, they will increase amenity offerings. If I ever had to go back to the area I would consider.
