So far I’ve had an incredible experience living at 8 Spruce. From day one, Jesse has been awesome, extremely helpful, responsive, and genuinely on top of everything. Any questions or requests are handled quickly and professionally, which makes a huge difference. The building itself is always spotless, welcoming, and architecturally beautiful. It truly feels like a luxury property the moment you walk in. The concierge staff is consistently friendly and warm, always going above and beyond to make me feel at home. It never feels transactional, they actually care. The apartment itself has also exceeded expectations. Jenna has been incredibly kind and helpful. Her dedication and positive attitude make a noticeable difference every day. This building is managed very well and the entire management, maintenance and concierge staff is top notch, professional, and an absolute pleasure.

I've lived in 8 Spruce twice now and our last experience really left us feeling disrespected and we will not be returning. We had to break our lease and chose a "roll the dice option" which is always a risk. We were told the new tenants would move in on the Jan. 16th which we were willing to pay the difference between our move out date, but the manager then told us the 25th which was clearly a mistake and miscommunication on his part and a costly mistake for us. We've been given the "run around" and tossed to multiple other colleagues without an apology, compromise or resolution. We were not asking for a concession - rather just responsibility on the management's part for sharing misinformation. I should have written down these thoughts after my first visit. The dishes served to me tasted wonderful. We were impressed by every aspect of 8 Spruce! Personnel - remarkable - pleasant and observant. What a wonderful establishment!

Love the indoor trampoline in the gym! Such a unique feature - recommend for anyone with young kids!
