I moved in about 15 months ago and I’m still very impressed with the amenities and the staff! The concierge team is so helpful, the management team is top notch, and the maintenance team is quick and efficient. The grounds are impeccable and the building is always clean! My renewal is coming up and even though there was an increase I fully intend on resigning! I highly recommend this place! -E.G.

Absolutely love these apartments! The building feels incredibly luxurious and is always clean and well maintained. The amenities are amazing and really make living here feel special. The staff are also extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming, which makes a huge difference in the overall experience. It truly feels like a high end place to live and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and upscale apartment community.

OMG! This Property is absolutely stunning! Bougie doesn’t even come close the level of luxury living that is offered by both the community and more importantly the property management team. And a special gift to welcome us home!

This place has completely gone downhill. They sold the dream for the first 76ers to pay an insane amount of rent and concierge fee just to take away little by little all of the extra benefits that made the rent price make sense. There are frequent breakdowns and several amenities have remained inoperative or unreliable for extended periods. Team leads will enforce rules and threats at any given time on residents but will not take accountability for their lack and ability to follow through on their own job responsibilities. This is a beautiful building for San Antonio and unfortunately there are not many choices for residents that live in this city to choose from when it comes to luxury living. Was moved into a unit and not told that it sat near the same line as the garage speed bumps. Everytime anyone ran over them, it shook my apartment. I notified them literally the day after I moved in and was told I had to wait 6 months and pay a $3500 moving fee. I had to go over managements to get moved. As stated before by other residents, if you mess up or make a genuine mistake such as me not noticing my dogs poop one time … you get threatened with a fine immediately and sent pictures like I committed a felony. Also tried to have them communicate to my Neighbor about their music being to loud at 2:30am and the response was that they didn’t hear anything. Elevators are always down. Dan and Arnold (concierge) are great btw So is Tabitha and I feel bad she is always having to clean up
