751 South Single Family and Townhome

We recently bought a home in 751 South through McNeill Burbank. The process was very smooth; the team- Chris and Mike in particular- have been extremely responsive and promptly respond to any issues we have had. We bought a spec home but they were able to add some features prior to closing. The house itself is a very high quality build, and priced fairly based on the rest of the market. Would recommend ✅

We have been working with Ryan Homes for a new build in 751 South. They have been negligent, deceptive, irresponsible, and unprofessional. Working with Ryan Homes has been the worst financial and real estate decision we could have made. The entire process has been a disaster. We were extremely rushed and pressured signing the paperwork and every design decision we were made to feel as if we were under a time crunch. We were told in FEBRUARY 2022 when we signed that our home would be completed in August or September at the latest. Shortly after the contracts were signed we were told very vague reasons about a “pumping station” that would need to be completed prior to starting our construction. House is fine but the HOA are worse than Nazis. So be careful. They charged me $100 to tell me I can’t have a standard white fence that everyone else seems to have.
