If you are looking for an apartment in Stamford, 750 Summer is the place to be. We moved it over a year ago, and it's been a very pleasant experience. The apartments are well maintained and the management team - Jonathan, Miguel and Adam is absolutely amazing. They are prompt to respond and are always looking out for the well being of the tenants. The theater room and the amenities are an added bonus!

I've lived at 750 Summer for almost 2 years and it was everything I could ask for in a rental apartment. I was relocating to Stamford for a job opportunity in the dead of winter and needed to find housing rather quickly. I had toured some buildings in downtown, Harbor Point and Glenbrook the day before but those just did not quite fit the bill. I was looking for a smaller complex, didn’t need a doorman but did want a well managed package room. I continued my search the next day wanting to look at 163 Franklin (a sister property along with 66 Summer). (Un)Fortunately, those units were not available to see so the leasing manager suggested 750 Summer. What drew me to 750 Summer was (1) the size of the building (less than 60 units), (2) the unit itself got great light (3) some great amenities

I have lived here for 4 months. I absolutely love the location. It is walkable to all downtown spots and the train station. The building is great with many amenities. My favorite might be the free fancy coffee in the common area. The management company has been great and very responsive. Ron, the head of the management company, called me on my move in day to make sure my move went smoothly and see if I needed anything. Lastly, Miguel, the building engineer is so helpful! I had a beeping smoke detector in the middle of the night and he came to help me out. Since I’ve moved in, I’ve had a number of small requests and he is always happy to assist and there is never a delay. I am so thankful he is in the building and so responsive!

I have been living in this building for almost 2 years now and I want to say this is the best apartment building in Stamford. And what makes it best is not just the amenities offered , or the apartments itself, it’s the responsiveness of the management. The management here is so good, and the take care of anything raised promptly. Also they take care of the building so well. Everything is updated/ renovated timely making the building look always new. And our building engineer Miguel is the highlight of this building. He is extremely helpful and is always just a call away for anything we need to get fixed or for any of our question's or concerns. would give one extra star for him. :)) .
