This apartment is an absolute disaster. There's no sunlight, mold grows everywhere and covers the entire bathrooms, there are cracks on the walls and ceilings, broken closet doors, water falling from air conditioners, and centipedes, to name a few. The only reason this apartment has good ratings is because of Adolfo Sanchez, the community manager. He is an exceptionally kind and helpful property manager, but other than him, it was miserable living here for a year. What surprised us the most was that the apartment management company deducted more than half of our deposit for standard maintenance, such as cleaning and painting, claiming that those are in the lease contract. Adolfo Sanchez is the greatest property manager I could have asked for. His cheery disposition and genuine concern for the community is one that exceeded all my expectations. Adolfo was always quick to answer my emails or phone calls, and cared about my experience as a resident. He is the reason why it was such a hard decision for me to move out (due to unrelated personal reasons). He truly made my residency at Louise such a memorable and pleasant experience, and I am happy that I could call this place home for 2 years.

Louise Apartments is ran extremely professionally. Adolfo, the property manager, is a wonderful and warm individual and takes care of everything you require. I also wanted to mention the outstanding maintenance folks, including Jery, who has come several times and shows nothing but the utmost courtesy and clearly does an amazing job. I just moved in here recently and am very happy with the neighborhood, quality of apartments, and the response rate of the management staff.

I really need to share my not-so-great experience with Cardinal Group. The apartment had some serious drawbacks – barely any sunlight and a constant battle with mold, which wasn't just uncomfortable but felt pretty unhealthy too. The biggest issue, though, was with my deposit. They took a big chunk of it for what they called 'automatic deduction for painting amd cleaning' for the next person moving in. That just doesn't seem fair to me, especially since that kind of thing feels like it should be part of their regular maintenance, not coming out of my pocket. It’s been over a month, and I’m still waiting to get back the rest of my deposit. The lack of clear communication and delay is really frustrating. The only positive thing I can say is about Adolfo, the property manager, who was easy

Honestly, the only reason this place is still running is because of Adolfo S. He’s the only good thing about this apartment building. MOSS & COMPANY IS STRAIGHT TRASH.
