I was so disappointed to find how very small the living area was in the one bd rm rental! Our guide AMA was perfect. She offered many options and you are very fortunate to have her on staff. I apologize if I’ve spelled her name incorrectly. Best regards Larry and Diane Busch

i recently moved here from out of state without ever having seen the property/toured in person (parents, you can feel good about your child moving here - to edina in general and 71france specifically). the online resources and communication from Ama leading up to that decision were phenomenal. since then, i have been above and beyond impressed with this apartment complex and my unit as well. it is safe, quiet, clean, calm, packages are well (as they can be) managed, the gym is great and reduces the need for a membership elsewhere, and the location is incredible. living backed up to centennial lakes park and the walking paths is such a beautiful way to disconnect and feel connected to nature right in your backyard. there’s also fun things going on around the park like ice skating in the sum

Moved in one month ago and it has been a great experience so far. Friendly, respectful, and very considerate neighbors. Great staff (both the office and maintenance team).

Best apartment i have ever lived in! The experience was awesome. I worked with Julie and Ashley, and both were great and helped me with the move in as well as move out process. I had to move because i left Mn or i would never leave! Great amenities! Walking/biking trail literally out the back door! All shops and groceries are in walking distance! Great place to call home.

We are very happy with our apartment and the environment at 71 France. Kristen has been so helpful with any questions or concerns and helped us find a great new apartment within the same building.
