We’ve had a great experience living here! Rey has been incredibly supportive with all of our maintenance requests—he even came by at 5 PM on a Friday to fix our washer, saying he wanted to make sure we had it working for the weekend. He consistently goes above and beyond and is such a kind, reliable person. Michelle and Cheryl have also been extremely helpful and responsive with any concerns we’ve had. Overall, this is a wonderful place to live with a truly caring and attentive team.

I have been living here for 2 months, and I have nothing but good things to tell about this place. I’m living in a 1 bedroom apartment on the top floor. The entire floor is hardwood (excluding the balcony) and the place comes with an in-build dining table, which has been super convenient. The living room and bedroom are spacious and there is plenty of natural light coming in during the day. As someone who works from home due to the pandemic, having sunlight inside the apartment helps to keep the mood and motivation at top. If I ever need to get fresh air, I just step out to the balcony that has a nice view of the inside part of the complex (picture attached). Extremely frustrating moveout experience. Be prepared to pay for the full painting charge no matter what. 1. During pre-moveout inspection, we were told that there was nothing beyond normal wear-and-tear and the painting fee will be prorated. (Note: we already had everything moved out at that time) And then during final moveout they charged the full amount. So what's the point of pre-moveout inspection?? 2. They said all of the images shown below are evidence of "significant significant scratches, dents, or stains". Ridiculous! We could have cleaned these ourselves if we were informed during pre-moveout inspection. +1 to all of the other posts about all kinds of hidden fees

Our maintenance team is responsive to requests and do their best to address them timely. I appreciate how the go the extra mile to take care of extra details when pointed out.
