700 East Apartments

Leasing Office Review: Although my partner and I ultimately did not rent an apartment at 700 East (we settled on a rental house instead), we had such a positive experience touring the property and applying that I felt compelled to write a review. Apart from the great location, amenities (dedicated dog area is awesome), spacious floorplans, and overall great value (which is the best of all the apartment complexes we toured), we were also impressed/appreciative of the prompt communication and professionalism from management (Amanda is fantastic!). Would encourage anyone seeking a great apartment to give 700 East a serious look.

I lived here for about a year and a half. My sister stayed with me for one year of that. We both really enjoyed the staff at 700 East. They were friendly, flexible, and did nice things like putting candy and dog biscuits in the lobby, maintained a fresh herb garden on the decks where you could cut your own fresh thyme, basil, cilantro, and even grab some cherry tomatoes. The place was good quality, with stylish flooring, fixtures, appliances, and cabinetry. The location is great, close to the square, yet far enough to avoid some of the noise and commotion that has gone on there lately. It's an easy walk to get there though!

Leasing Office Review: While my roommate and I did not end up living in 700 East Apartments, Amanda and the leasing staff were very kind and informational during our tour. The apartments looked fantastic, but chose elsewhere only due to location and our budget. Would recommend a visit!

Isaac made everything extremely easy, streamlined, and simple. These guys really care about your experience and aren't out to gouge you for another buck. Extremely professional and understanding people. The facility is lovely, very clean, and the atmosphere seems very peaceful. Underground parking is also an extremely nice touch! Thank you guys for everything so far!

Lived here for just under a year. Fantastic location & very spacious apartments. Management (specifically Elizabeth) was extremely prompt to respond and accommodating to requests. Had some issues with the water and lighting, and they responded and fixed the issues ASAP. I'd recommend checking it out if you're looking for a place close enough to all the action, but also spacious and new.
