Window frames have holes and leak air all day. The windows are thin and cold still comes through even after I sealed them with tape. My electricity bill has hit ~$280 for a 400 sq ft apartment that you can barely move around in. The building is only about a decade old, but it really shows in the condition of the appliances and the (un)cleanliness of the public areas. Elevators are frequently out of service, and water gets shut off for various reasons, sometimes in back-to-back weeks and even on days with blizzard warning. These recurring issues have become significant disruptions to work from home. The biggest issue for me is the package room. Recently moved into this building. Both the leasing and move-in process were very smooth, thanks to the management, leasing, and concierge teams (shout out to Arianna!). The freight elevator is somewhat smaller than other newer buildings in the area, so I’d suggest preparing accordingly during the move.

Great building, nice amenities. Location is fantastic only a few min walk to the path. Management also replied quickly as well when I needed them. Outdoor space (on the 8th floor) by far best highlight.

Lived here for 1.6 year. Experience was quite bad. Its a poorly made building. My apt was right in the corner and during winter its super cold that you can' t even live there. All the heat is working at the maximum level and cant even warm up the apartment. Price of electricity obviously $150+. So if you can bare the cold should be fine.
