I recently moved into this apartment community, and the experience has been outstanding. Jessica, Diana, and Ria were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire process. They made my move‑in smooth and stress‑free, and they’re always quick to respond to any questions by email or phone. The leasing office team adds a personal touch that you don’t often find in other apartment complexes, and it really makes a difference. Modern community, gated parking, a secure gated community, complimentary storage, and coffee makes this one of the top places to live in the area, and I’m so far happy with my decision to move here.

Staff is really friendly! Our cats and us are warmly welcomed by the staff. They are super pet-friendly and we love that. The community is quiet and the location is very convenient for commute at the same time. It has newly furnished interiors within unit. The common area is well maintained, even though the carpet on the residence hallways might need further cleanning. Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience living here.

I recently toured 6ten East Apartments and was very impressed! The community is modern, well-maintained, and packed with great amenities like a beautiful pool and a fully equipped gym. The apartments are spacious with high-end finishes, and everything felt clean and inviting. The staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, making the whole experience enjoyable. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents. If you’re looking for a stylish, well-run community in a great location, I highly recommend checking it out!

I deeply regret staying at this property for 3 years. (1) This place is run by an extremely unethical management that slaps an outgoing resident who has stayed here with utmost discipline with an unwarranted fine of 2500 USD and harasses her to no end. The water seepage in the bathroom walls and boards across (literally) all units is a known issue which they are very well aware of. I made the mistake of not taking pictures of those damages at the time of moving in (thinking they have already acknowledged it) and now after having moved out, they have imposed these charges. I am being forced to pay for damages I did not cause. Anyone who recommends this property to you is not your well wisher. I would never ever make the same mistake of staying at any of the properties being run by this mana
