Been living here 6 months and love it so far, minor issues that has not become bigger ones. Karina has always been amazing, so kind and attentive. New management Rachel has shown up and making the community better working hard to fix issues . The events are nice, good communication and maintenance gets things done. The apartments are spacious and comes with lots of amenities that is convenient.

Rachel & Karina Were the most honest, helpful, and caring people I have ever come across when it comes to apartment management. They gave me a second chance when no one else did and kept their word all the way through the process, and still to this day I don’t know where I would have ended up if I never found them and was given this opportunity. They been so good To me it’s really quite never no complaints The new head manager, Mrs Rachel is amazing she throws little Events for the community Around every holiday since she’s been here, I couldn’t be more thankful. My kids really enjoy Her little events that she plans for our apartment complex thank you Mrs Rachel

The Absolute Worst living. This property needs to be renovated from the front to the back to the outside of the property. To move here is to settle & to be desperate a last resort to needing a place to live. This property has so many violations to living code compliance would hit big citing this apartment community. The new manager attitude personality customer service skills is just as bad as this rating & the corporate manager isn’t far behind her. Everything needs work here & could be way better than what it is. How do you management and staff sleep at night knowing tenants are living the way they have to live here

Its cool honestly maintenance good they do a good job every time they come they’re friendly and nice the lady at the front desk is amazing and is always super sweet to my son. She’s super sweet super nice and jolly she also has great customer service every time I go in there and talk to her. I like it. I’m right behind the office. Nice view with the pool like it’s pretty smooth. I asked them to come replace things they’ve replaced it. They do what’s within their power you know and I really appreciate the lady at the front desk and maintenance.
