Israel gave us a tour on a apartment and did an excellent job. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient while answering all of our questions. He made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. We really appreciated his time and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a place.

Javonta is very helpful not only did he answer all of my questions on the first tour. He went into a proactive approach helping me find exactly what all I needed based on my families needs. This place is beautiful, brand new and gated for safety! If all goes well and I decide to move in I look forward to nice and professional office staff!

67 Flats is truly TOP TIER! The application process was very simple and approval was fast. The complex itself is amazing. It seems as if everything was carefully thought out , the pool even has 3ft for my toddlers.. The actual apartment is breathtaking. Im very pleased and proud to be a resident here! The whole leasing staff was very kind and informative. They literally answered every question I could think of ! Big shoutout to Javonta, Israel, Stacy and Tiffany. I really appreciate you guys , thank you for giving my family and I a place to call home 🤍 67 Flats 10 out of 10! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My family & I had a great experience visiting this community twice! First with Javier and then with Javonta! They were both very kind, respectful, gave us a tour of this beautiful complex and answered all our questions on a kindly manner! They were very professional and patient with us! If you’re looking for an affordable place to live, you should totally check them out!
