This place should be condemned. There are rats running around in the walls, it's completely and utterly roach infested, the gates are often open so homeless people straggle in, break into empty apartments and sleep there. They also sleep on the roof. Its is a shame that the owners of this property would allow people to live in these conditions. Someone should call a Houston authority to get this place shut down.

Bedbugs, roaches, no new appliances even though they PROMISED, and our apartment was not ready by our move in date even though we signed a lease A MONTH in advance. Do not sign a lease here.

It took a whole week to verify my information. I have applied to another apartment complex. On a Monday , I gotta prove that same day. I guess they're not that worried about lacing. Seeing the apartments they have available.
