65 Ainslie

I don't know where these reviews are coming from but wanted to put this out there for anyone looking to move and looking at 65 Ainslie St as a possibility. The building management is literally awful, one of the worst I've seen in my many years of renting. The building is falling apart, water damage left unchecked, doors broken: either unable to be locked or unable to be opened so anyone can walk in or no one can get in. My apartment specifically went without use of a fridge (mold growing in fridge) or working stove (gas wouldn't turn on) and vent (wouldn't vent the air and would blow gas and oil air onto the stove which blew fire everywhere, huge fire hazard) for a month. Residents have reported building and apartment issues with little to no repair, you have to beg, threaten, and report t
