I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Tessa Moore. From the very beginning, she did so much more than just unlock doors and show units. She truly listened to me — my concerns, my situation, and the million questions I had — and responded with patience, kindness, and genuine care. Moving can be stressful, and she made me feel heard and supported every step of the way. She never rushed me, never made me feel like I was asking too much, and always took the time to explain things clearly. That kind of professionalism combined with compassion is rare. I’m so grateful for her help and would recommend her to anyone looking for someone who actually cares. ( I haven’t moved in just yet but I had to share my experience and thoughts about her!)

I’m so happy Greystar took over. The new office staff are so helpful and friendly. They have already made this place feel more like home. It’s such a great location and definitely a hidden gem.

This apartment used to be good, but ever since being bought out by Greystar, things have started going downhill (to no surprise). There are too many details to list but there is currently (after a month) only one manager and one maintenance person on staff... that's it. Everyone else was fired. Now we are just lied to about when things will be fixed around the complex and there is a huge lack of communication that used to be so good with the previous manager, Leon. I get that things take time to set up, but I have no sympathy- you're a huge company, so hire more people if you're buying a complex and firing everyone off. I purposefully avoided signing with a Greystar property when looking for this apartment because there's always problems with them. Now I have no choice but to suffer in big

Whew! Let me just say I am super thankful to have found this apartment ! The leasing staff makes you feel very welcomed from the moment you walk in. Apartment shopping can be hectic, and it helps to have a warm leasing staff to guide you through the process. Special shoutout to Denisha and the property manager as well! Also, the pricing in the area is competitive and attractive! Would highly recommend

**Non-resident. I am only rating my apartment tour and leasing agent** I toured here recently with Amy, and WOW. This place is extremely welcoming. It feels luxurious, from the leasing office to the carpeted hallways. Nice colorful touches add some liveliness. Cool arcade, nice pool, amazing gym & business center. Small outdoor terrace area. The only concern I would have had (based on Google reviews) would have been parking lot security - leasing agent noted that a quick-close system is now used. The ONLY thing keeping me from leasing here was simply that I chose a different part of town, but this is an excellent location very central to the hip happenings - and I recommended to a friend.
