An extensive review from someone whos been here for a few months now and so far I absolutely love it and can't complain one bit. Moved in during August when they were having a two months off rent deal and you just can't beat the pricing! Open layout with refreshed counter tops that look modern and a vaulted ceiling, I definitely seen potential. From the outside we were, for lack of better words a bit skeptical, but staff was very kind and worked with us to secure a unit! Just the most inviting and understanding staff you could ask for. Apon move in, unit was cleaned well and new carpet was laid out for the entire unit. Initially we had a few problems with the unit that were almost immediately resolved with the help of maintenance. Would give 0 stars if possible. I've lived here for 3 years, and between management, the property, everything has gotten worse over time. Tenants are charged amenity fees, when the amenities aren't usable. Laundry rooms always dirty, smells of mold, "gym" is always dirty, with only one working elliptical, not to mention trash left around the property by maintenance. Property started painting the buildings, leaving behind trash, glass, and knocking on peoples doors at 9 AT NIGHT??? (This happened last night 12/10) Weird and unprofessional as hell. Management can't be reached via email, resident portal, or phone, because of their new voicemail system (don't bother leaving a message, they won't contact you back). Unless you physically go to the office, you can't get in touch with anyone about

Admirable.bunch of folks in the office at 5Fifty! The property is beautifully landscaped and the Staff are the best.too. The apartment rents to military service veterans. They are so kind and continually available to talk in the office to meet needs of the tenants.Even if its just to wish us a great day! The Maitance team seems to always be outside smiling and working with GREAT SAFE structure! I'm at HOME here! You will be too.

I moved into these apartments in October of 2025, just recently the amenities have been opened up after being down for months. There’s dog crap every where on the ground because people are so lazy here and entitled. Management is a joke they will leave early whenever and most importantly on the days you’ll pay rent, very unfriendly and unprofessional. You’ll literally have to wait for your water to heat up to take a shower and you only get a couple minutes of it. All of my cabinets in my kitchen are broken and poorly put together, I got holes in my walls where they didn’t measure the dry wall correctly. Paint splashed on the floor and throughout my whole apartment due to a rush to moving people in. Your rent is going to fluctuate and there’s no set rent and just all around a horrible place

Seems like they are making some major repairs to the place which is good. Maintenance is fast and I love the staff. Quiet place. The only thing keeping me from rating 5 stars is the hot water problem. Sometimes it works, kind of. When it is hot, the water temperature alternates between absolutely scalding and lukewarm, and when it doesn’t work.. yeah it’s just cold. Which is most of the time. Which is a huge downside for me as I suffer from anxiety and hot showers are one of the only things that relax me. Nobody wants to have a panic attack and then jump in a freezing shower. All in all, great place-and they’re making major improvements. Hot water is still an issue.
