I am writing this review as a civic duty to prevent anyone else from falling into this absolute trap. This is, without question, the worst living situation I have ever encountered. Save your money, save your sanity, and RUN in the opposite direction. **The Heating System: A Direct Ticket to Hypothermia** The heating in this place is a complete joke. It is currently freezing outside, and inside is no different. The thermostat might say 78°F (and btw, you can’t increase more than 78°F, so good luck), but it is a lie—the room feels like an industrial freezer. Laila was very pleasant and really gave us a great tour of the building. Ultimately we did not settle for these apartments but they were affordable and have a great commute to Manhattan. Modern appliances, clean building and lots of natural light in the apartments.

No management - doesn’t even exist Terrible electricity fees especially in the Winter be like $400 CRAZY The A/C is always broken and you’ll never get a timed fix Poor public transportation - the bus disappear as always No community The fire alarm is always ringing for no reason, and you have to wait for 20 min till is down The wall is as thin as a paper. Zero soundproof

Amazing place to live at the building is always clean great team at the building great tenants the building i feel safe leaving here and love it 5star

It was a good decision to choose to stay in this building after a tiring search. Great atmosphere with cool amenities. The agent Leyla is super responsive which you usually don’t find in agents in NY and NJ.
