I must say, I have truly enjoyed the experience with Tiffany and the 568 West team. As with any new builds, there have been challenges and adjustments that were needed to be made during the buying process. But the 568 West team has remained professional, responsive, and proactive from our 1st showing thru the closing process. This community is selling quick, if you are looking for a quality place from a quality team, I would recommend checking out 568 West. It’s worth the investment.

Under normal circumstances, I wouldn’t bother leaving a review. However, after making multiple calls to this agency and being sent to voicemail each time, I received a text from them. Strangely, they already had all my information. The message simply asked, “How can I help?” — to which I replied by asking for the availability of a tour. Instead of answering, they responded with a completely different question. I reiterated, “Respectfully, please respond to my first question so I can plan my schedule.” After that, I was ghosted. I’m sure the agency is doing well for itself, but business is built on relationships.
