5600 Wilshire Apartments

Don’t trust any pictures! The cake is a lie! They’re trying to make as much money as possible and doing nothing. They’re just turning the apartments into shitty and cheap places. The pool and hot tub are not available for a week or more, and no one is fixing the access to the area. Months earlier, they ignored the issue about the cold hot tub and pool. To be honest, they even didn’t try to heat up the pool. ECONOMY!11 They don’t care about thefts. They even didn’t check the cameras! Instead of repairing and improving, they leave broken things for months and start doing something only after numerous reports. And no, they don’t replace broken things with new ones. They just leave the place with nothing. The fire pit worked for only a week in August or September, and that’s it! The broken

After struggling to find the perfect apartment in a recent move to Los Angeles, Fabian and the team at 5600 Wilshire came in to save the day. Very happy so far with these apartments. Excellent location, quiet and safe community, and very nice units for the price. The leasing team does an excellent job at caring for the community and made our moving process a breeze.

I couldn't find a better place with better staff in all over L.A. any concerns / issues / questions I would have Fabian has been my go to person since day one . The high level of professionalism and problem solving and always willing to go extra mile just to help me with any issue I may have makes me want to be a part of this community for the longest time possible. I have been very blessed to be call this place a home. Thank you Fabian for all your hard work input and being so awesome. Joanna

I went for a tour at this place. Tom- the leasing agent was the best ever. I haven’t even met him, but his communication was excellent, very fast responses, answered all of my questions, and really cared about me finding what I'm looking for. Definitely the best out of all agents- I have dealt with a good amount of them since my search began a few months ago. The building seems to be well cared for, and apartments as well. Even the ones that aren't newly remodeled are in a good shape.

The maintenance team is AWESOME!! Chris was so helpful when I first moved in— there were some hiccups with my move and he was the first to check in on me and make sure I had everything I needed. Levell is great too— I was locked out of my apartment and he was there within 10 minutes to help me get back in. They are both so kind and care so much about the community!
