My Daughter and her roommate lived here for over a year. HORRIBLE CONDITIONS. The roach infestation is RIDICULOUS. They called the office got pest control out but still they were everywhere. Then, then apartment above them flooded and came into their apt. Two weeks later...it still wasn't resolved. In any contract, there is a clause, if water damage happens, immediate mediation is to happen. Also, in apartment contracts, they will move you to a temporary apt to get the issue resolved. When we came back to get my daughter's things, you can see they tried to paint over the water damage and it wasn't fully fixed. And mold was visible. We been trying to have someone can and fix this and they never show up we are paying $2,025 it’s lot and sure they can fix it but They just put a lot of excuses all the time

DO NOT LIVE IN THE UNITS UNDER THE LAUNDRY ROOM!!!! While most apartments have the good sense to have their laundry rooms on the terrace level, every single building in this complex has a laundry room on the top floor. I was unfortunate enough to rent the unit under the laundry room, and water leaked/poured into my apartment from the ceiling 6 times out of the 12 months that I lived there. There are no washer/dryer hookups in the apartments, so you're stuck using these faulty washing machines and dryers if you don't have somewhere else to do your laundry. Management responds only after several calls. They do eventually respond, even if they can't do anything because the washing machines are rented and maintained from a different company. I pay $25/month for "valet" service that only takes 13 gallon bags!! We still have to walk anything else we have to the dump ourselves and this is what we see every week. Yes, every single week, it looks like this. There is one dumpster for the ENTIRE complex. But we pay $300 a year for trash services. And it wasn't optional!!

I've been living at 555 Mansell for almost a year now. Over the past few months, my A/C has broken 6-7 times. Each time I have put in an emergency work order and have called the emergency line during after hours. No one ever calls back or responds to my calls. The 3rd time it broke, I asked maintenance if they could put in a portable A/C unit until they waited on a part to fix my A/C (which they had failed to tell me, I had to ask why it wasn't fixed multiple times until I got a clear answer.) Maintenance told me that they "don't do" that and could not help me in any capacity, leaving my apartment at 80 degrees for days. When I realized that maintenance was not going to fix this issue, I went directly to the leasing office multiple times and talked to the manager and leasing agent. Neither
