Lovely place, kind people and a great location! It was such a pleasure to be a resident of this building. The door-ladies always met me with a smile, friendly building engineer, good neighbors, clean space and a beautiful light apartment with the spectacular view on the city! Absolutely recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I really enjoyed living here! Cozy apartments with a great view of downtown. The location is very convenient—everything you need is nearby. The staff is always friendly and helpful. A great place for a comfortable stay!

Moved into the unit July 2024, and for sure going to renew again. This is an amazing location—13 min walk from the beach, centrally located, can’t beat it. The staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive. You see them in passing quite a bit and get to build a fun relationship if you are one who makes conversation. The building is well taken care of—regular cleaning of the lobby, fresh repainting, and brand new laundry room amenities. If you are looking for a well-rounded, centrally located place to live in the city, could not recommend enough!

A truly wonderful place with a warm atmosphere and kind people! Living in this building has been an absolute pleasure. The management team always welcomed me with a smile the staff were professional and friendly and the building was always clean and well maintained. My apartment filled with natural light and offering a breathtaking view of the city made every moment here even more special. I highly recommend this place. I have enjoyed my one year of living at 55 W Chestnut. The management team of the building does a very good job. They’re very quick to respond and easy to reach out to in person downstairs for any issues. The maintenance team is excellent, friendly and very quick to solve any request you submit. The laundry facilities were upgraded during my time here and are reliable machines. There is also a small gym available for free with some basic workout equipment. The floor to ceiling windows are great if you want to have a scenic view of downtown Chicago. The location is settled right in between Gold Coast and River North. Almost everything is walkable that you need and there are hundreds of restaurants and bars around. You are also less than a 4 minute walk to the Red Line if you need to get to
