A superbly managed property, in a wonderful location situated in the heart of downtown, offering a more then exceptional management team that demonstrates the utmost patience and that directly addresses your needs. I had an excellent experience with my leasing agent. Leslie. She was kind respectful, understanding and really informative. I thank her for having patience with me, showing me 8 different layouts all throughout the property. A big thank you to Marvin and Donna For stepping in and helping when Leslie wasn't available. Overall great experience top notch team. Great leadership.

Pros: Excellent location to walk to work. Cons: The rest could use a lot of love. Not sure if the owners are planning to sell or what, but the property lacks a lot of basic love that you would expect from a property like 55W. I am not sure how residents are vetted, but walking into elevators with constant pee and and poop in them and being told 'hehe, this is what pet-friendly is:)' is not okay. Also not fun watching the same dog poop fly up and down the same elevator for 12 hours after telling security that it was present there those same 12 hours ago with 'don't worry, we're working on it:)' Absolutely disgusting and a hazard. Nor is having elevators down for a month+ at a time when I know from my industry what the general turnaround is for elevator maintenance and inspection. The sub

I’ve been here for a few months. I love it here.- the staff is always friendly and I appreciate all the work you do.- but!!! I would give a reminder we live across the street from the Kia center!! And at times the garage gets slammed for an event. To all new residents!! Act accordingly.- other than that, enjoy!! This a great place to call home.

Donna was AMAZING and the place is exactly what I wanted. Donna did her best to accomodate me in every way and made sure I got what I was looking for in a loft. The only set back is the Cashiers Check for first days rent. I travelled for 5 years and gave up on conventional banking due to cancellation of cards used in multiple cities on the same day, fraud alerts constantly etc. so I use online banking. And for good reason when it comes to service. No bank in the area would issue a cashiers check to a non-account holder. Which is a whole other story. Anyhow, it’s not anyone’s fault in the end, it’s policy. And I will establish with a credit union so I am compatibke with other establishments policies. We have had so many packages stolen and the leasing office does nothing. We had to file a police report and now have a lawyer involved because Kaiomi, the assistant property manager, has ignored every concern we've brought to her via email, phone, and in person. I'd like to also add that our upstairs neighbor allows their dog to use the balcony as a bathroom, causing dog poop to rain on our balcony. We have not been able to use our balcony since this person has moved in. I have brought this to Marvin, Kaiomi, and several other people in management and I have not received a response despite Leslie creating a report, and Marvin telling me in person that he would follow up.
