This property is in complete deterioration. Managed by three different companies on purpose to create a web of deception to the last three owners on the property. Crime, loitering. Trash, homeless living in hallways. Floors and walls not cleaned in several months. Pool not open to residents during the summer for use. We have had a leak in our home that is getting worse and has created mold and water damages in our home. Property management refuses to acknowledge, stop and repair the leak damages. Trash all over property. Section Eight housing set up on property creating unsafe conditions. Security gates and doors broken. Recent MURDER in parking lot of 55 Pharr Road. This apartment complex has been without running water for four days, which makes the units uninhabitable. Management has provided no clear timeline, no temporary accommodations, and no meaningful communication. Running water is a basic habitability requirement, and this situation raises serious public health and code compliance concerns. Residents are now being forced to consider contacting the health department and housing authorities.

Seeing how you treat your tenants and not being able to give any answers, much less PORTA POTTYS outside for them to use and only 2 gallons of water??? Absolutely disgusting! Organized to visit at 9am for viewing. Waited half an hour, No one turned up! It's a purely AI managed ghost town! An AI agent had me strung along the whole time by emails. Later that day I got a call from a real person. Zero apologies for the time waste, asked if I wanted to reschedule. Would you want to reschedule with this level of incompetence? Avoid this place.
