The location is amazing near everything and great area of Rancho Cucamonga in Terra Vista..The staff is very helpful and Patrick on site leasing manager is so caring and wants everyone to find just the right place to live..Laura and Tenika work hard to keep everything running smoothly. Our Matience team headed up bye Reggie are easy to talk to..and work hard to keep our places running well We are like a family and enjoy our neighbors and friends..we have an amazing Zumba class !!! Ronnie is always doing a great class and so fun..Great music and fun while your staying fit ..come check us out..how beautiful everything is

We’re really liking it here at FountainGlen Terra Vista. I called fairly late on a Friday afternoon and talked to Shelly in the leasing office. She invited us to come over for a tour that afternoon if that worked for us. It did, and she showed me three different apartments. I knew exactly which one I preferred. She was very kind and knowledgeable. Thank you Shelly because we needed to make a decision fairly quickly. We moved in and she followed up with me making sure we were settled in. The amenities are great here. The club house and pool are beautiful. Maintenance is spot on. It’s very clean as well and safe. I love the Amazon lockers. Lol 😊

The doors on the vanity in bathroom couldn't be replaced, but the shower water leak was fixed and vinyl floor in bathroom and kitchen were replaced. Carpet to be cleaned this coming Tuesday. Thank you so very much Reggie and Dennis. Appreciate you. Kathie #1004

Patrick did the wonderful job to introduce us the community and tour some units. He is very professional and knowledgeable towards our questions also concerns. Great manager.

The personnel at Fountain Glen Terra Vista is very professional and helpful starting with Manager Laura she is very professional. Tanikka is a sweetheart everybody loves her. Reggie is always keeping up the place with his team. Patrick is also very professional and helpful but I don’t see him that often. Wish he was here permanently he would be a good candidate for this awesome team.!!!!!!!!!
