I have lived here exactly 3 years and this has by far been the best apartment complex I've lived in. I just renewed for 6 more months and the only reason we are moving is to switch school districts, otherwise we would happily stay here. For a single woman with a young child, I've never felt unsafe here. I've met a few of my neighbors and we look out for each other, like when my child left the back door of my car open and my neighbord notified me. It was left open for 2 days and my car was untouched. Nothing stolen or even moved around. I was impressed! It is quiet and peaceful here. The grounds are maintained beautifully and the pool is always open! My unit is spacious and comfortable. I toured this property last week with Alyssa and had a great experience. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire tour enjoyable and informative. She answered all of my questions and really took the time to explain everything thoroughly. If the location were a little closer to my job, this would have easily been my top choice. If you’re planning to tour, definitely ask for Alyssa — she was absolutely amazing!

Took a tour recently with Allison (pretty sure that was her name) and it was a great experience. $2,100 a month for mediocre apartments and mediocre maintenance. Double side tape to weather proof the balcony doors during a storm is crazy work. I 100% could have done it better. If I could add pictures to show case the work they did I would.
