5119 Maplewood Apartments

I have to give a huge shoutout to Bella and Erin in the leasing office! They have helped me through a lease transfer, maintenance issues, and anything else with such kindness! The building is kept super clean, and the location is amazing.

I've lived at this property for a year now, and with the hiring of Erinn, she has really helped turn this building around. She is kind, patient, and quick to communicate to update the building. I also believe she's led the communication and project management for the renovation of this building and at least one other property simultaneously. And she's launched a new rental portal since she started as well, which definitely has better functionality. In addition, the maintenance team is really good here. Once submitting a request through the portal, I'll get updates with the status of my request. Bravo in particular is super helpful, and has fixed the toilet, sink, and garbage disposal. Overall, the building is safe, and a good mix of singles, couples, families and friends. Everyone around

I lived at Maplewood for 3 years and the new manager Erinn is absolutely amazing. I don't usually take the time to leave reviews, but felt it was necessary to share how helpful, kind, and responsive she is. She takes cares of matters swiftly, is always thoughtful and considerate to every resident, and has been instrumental to the success of the building. You can tell she truly cares about every resident and will do everything she can to make sure you have the best living experience possible. She is one of a kind and the best property manager I have ever encountered in all my years of renting.

I can honestly say Erin is the best apartment manager I've ever experienced working with. Had about 3 managers over the course of living here and was so sad to move only a few months after she started. She is incredibly kind and you can tell she really cares about the residents. Every question asked was promptly answered or quickly figured out. I've never had a building manager be so attentive and professional. My current building unfortunately does not have as good of a communicator and the difference truly shows. Good building and the current staff is incredibly good at their jobs.

Incredible staff! Been here for a few years with a few different managers and Isabella and Erinn are truly the best! We were considering moving just to switch things up but realized I don't know if we would get so lucky anywhere else!!
