We have lived here for only about 6 months and love it! The amenities are amazing and definitely worth the price. The leasing staff is great, the two women in the front (I’m sorry I forgot your names!) are so kind and very down to earth. Our apartment itself and pretty nice for what we pay, and the maintenance staff is always willing to help if we ever need anything, and are always kind, stop us in the hallway to chat and are just overall good people! Blūm is also amazing!! Highly recommend going if you live here (or live elsewhere too!) My only concern is that the parking here is horrible, and that it not on the staff, but the residents do not follow the regulations that they are supposed to, which makes it near impossible to park, currently I am parked on the side of a fence, not in a pa

The clubhouse with a billiards room, fireplace, the meeting rooms downstairs with dry erase board, and the coffee and the modern and inviting wine bar downstairs combined make 511 meeting st apartments the best option in meeting st. The buidling has additional covered parking option for a small fee and also gated uncovered The actual structure of the building the way the building is built is very, very safe.And the walls are not like the paper, thin walls around the buildings in meeting street in downtown. Blum Coffee and Wine Bar downstairs has grape bottles of wine for sale?And the best Ipa beer selection along with beers on top for our evening, wind downs. I’ve lived at this property for three years now and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. In that time, I’ve been in three different apartments (my choice), and the experience has been consistently wonderful. The management team is fantastic - especially Kaylee, the assistant manager, who has supported me through many life events and made navigating apartment life as a young 20-something so much easier. Additionally, the maintenance team is always friendly, approachable, and great to work with, even in tricky situations. The location is ideal - everything is walkable, and the amenities are great. On top of that, I’ve made so many great friends here, whether it’s at the pool or downstairs at Blum. This community truly feels like home.

I love living at 511 Meeting! The girl in the leasing office, Kaylee, has been super helpful the entire time I have lived here. From helping me move in, to helping submit easy maintenance requests, she has always been accessible and willing to help. Would definitely recommend living at 511; and working with Kaylee!

I have lived at 511 for three years and they are always working hard to keep the building updated. I’m looking forward to next year to new carpets and painting. I am putting this review on here to mention how great maintenance is; Romell does a good job at getting the job done!
