We had been looking forward to moving into this building since it was first built, and it truly lived up to our expectations. The location was absolutely perfect for commuting to Manhattan, which made our daily life so much easier. During our time here, we experienced nothing but comfort and good memories. If it weren’t for my job requiring us to move to another state, we would have happily continued living here. Katie was incredibly helpful whenever we needed anything, and she supported us through the entire move-out process with such professionalism and care. We are so grateful for all her help. We shared many happy moments in this home, and we sincerely hope the next tenants will create just as many wonderful memories here as we did.

We lived here for one year. Liked it very much. Its clean, well managed, and peaceful. Katie is super responsive. The location is perfect for some of the best food in korea town. Grand Av can be busy but we couldn't hear traffic noise in the apartment.

Had the pleasure of living here for a year. 12/10 Management - Katie was an absolute pro and the building was well taken care of! Really great price too and the location was premium in pal park.
