I loved this building. The views were incredible, and the location was amazing. There was a small but well equipped gym, an in-house dry cleaner’s that I could drop my clothes off at on the way to work. It was easy to submit requests and management/security was always quick to respond. The windows were noise insulating against the midtown traffic below, and there were no bugs. It was a safe, calm oasis in the city.

I am extremely disappointed with the front desk security at 505 W 37th St, New York. The guard’s behavior was unprofessional, dismissive, and unnecessarily rude. His tone and manner of speaking were inappropriate and made the interaction uncomfortable. As a resident and a parent with a young child, I find this especially unacceptable. When I was clearly handling a stroller/cart, no assistance was offered. Basic courtesy and professionalism should be expected from front desk staff, who represent the building and are responsible for creating a welcoming and safe environment. I strongly urge management to take this matter seriously and provide proper training to improve service standards

Amazing building with unbeatable views. Building staff is friendly and maintenance requests are done quickly (usually within an hour of putting in a request). Common areas are nice, clean, and gym has all the equipment you need. The street that the building is on is quiet, a <5 min walk to the train station and from Hudson Yards. Really love living here and would recommend it to anyone!
