Here are a few weeks, and the community exudes a sense of tranquility, fostering a harmonious environment. Much to feel good about, and it seems well kept and clean. The residents appear to be adequately equipped to manage daily activities such as commuting and dining. Boasting a unique architectural statement piece, it shines beautifully modern, and its interior shares the same. Staff overall is rather kind and always willing to assist with a smile. Solid amenities and well-laid-out, comfortable floor settings. Great area next to museums, parks, and much more that can enhance daily living. I am encouraged by the lively nature of the residence and can get along with neighbors. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The heating system in my unit seems to be malfunctioning,

When I recently toured at 500 Folsom I was greeted by such friendly professional staff, and the property itself is well kept and very upscale. The apartments are super spacious apartments with amazing views of the city all around. I also enjoyed touring their amenities. I highly recommend! :)

I am so happy about my choice to move here. The views from my apartment are mesmerizing, the overall quality is very good, noise level low. Nice neighbors, and great location to get out and going. Friendly staff. Latta is super caring and helpful. Unfortunately the hot tub seems to have issues at times.

Extremely loud and disruptive parties — avoid if you value peace and quiet This building allows extremely loud parties that can be heard from several buildings away. The noise goes on for hours — sometimes starting in the afternoon and continuing late into the night. It’s incredibly disruptive, and even with the windows closed, the glass does nothing to block the sound. They also use bright, flashing lights during these parties, which spill into nearby buildings and disturb neighbors as well. It’s not just one unit — multiple buildings around here get affected every time this happens. If you’re looking for a quiet place to live or rest, this is definitely not the right choice.

Stellar Experience! Stunning views, great community, supportive management - this place has it all! Lived here for a year, my first ever time living in San Francisco. And it has been a very memorable one. You are minutes away from the lively Piers. Plenty of great coffee shops and restaurants around. None of the homelessness you find in other parts of town. Terrific events that happen all through summertime. In terms of lifestyle, this place has it all. The management are phenomenal. Shout out to Vivian, Brent, Jerry, Kristin, Tom and team -- they were able to help me with an unfortunate situation with a roommate. Really genuine people who make you feel right at home. Would fully recommend to anyone looking to experience the downtown city life. Absolutely would move back here the next
