Fantastic location, right off the freeway. Yes, there is some noise - get a sound machine & you won’t be bothered much. I started working with Anna, she made my decision an easy one. She is fantastic, she answered all of my MANY questions, stayed in communication and helped me through the entire process. Thank you so much Anna!! I’ve now been here a bit and I love it. Modern and clean, high ceilings, nice finishes. My appliances work great. I’ve only called on maintenance once - fixed within 24 hours, super courteous and professional. I do pay for 1 parking spot, so far no issues. Visitors parking can get tricky but there are plenty of neighborhood street spots. The parking lot and entryways are well lit. So, my boyfriend, our dog, and I have really seen it all over the past six years living in different places. Some just okay, some pretty terrible. But this current apartment complex is on a whole other level. Everything works flawlessly…washer, dryer, dishwasher, shower and if anything needs fixing, the maintenance guy is right on it. The office staff is incredible and they host the cutest community events. Just this fall, they put little pumpkins on everyone’s doorstep to say “Happy Fall,” which was so sweet. There’s a great gym, super convenient Amazon package pickup, and even a dog-washing station that’s a total game-changer. This apartment complex does not care about its residents. I had my car stolen after being reinsured that there is night time security. On top of the fact that there is no security unless the office calls with a recurring incident. My car was stolen a there is no gate, no cameras, and absolutely no security. This complex is right off the highway and my car was found in Portland. When I reported to the office the lady had no sympathy and told me even with a gate the person would have still been able to break in and leave a stolen car in the middle of the street blocking other neighbors in for work. The complex is actively losing money because of bad financial investments and therefore does not care about their residents per what the office said. Do not move here you will end up moving away.

Anna the property manager was really helpful in finding us the right unit based on our needs. Was always available to answer in questions and guide us through our process in moving in. Chuck the maintenance manager was very fast in helping me fix any repair i needed. Definitely professional, fast, and reliable.

I wanted to take a moment to share on my experience with David Hernandez. David showed complete competency, professional, knowledge and enthusiasm while he provided with me a recent tour of a 2 bedroom rental. He was patient with me with the various questions I asked, explained the application process efficiently and exhibited outstanding guest services.
