I moved in May 2025, and I love it here. The new office staff and maintenance team is awesome. Lela is great in the office very helpful with any issues. Brianna and Chris the management team is great! Thank you for the monthly meet and greets. I greatly appreciate.

This apartment complex looks attractive on the surface, but the reality of living here is completely different. Building fire alarms go off frequently for no apparent reason, often at all hours. Water service is unreliable and shuts off without warning. Basic building infrastructure is neglected for months at a time. There are two elevators, but one has been out of service for months. The remaining elevator is poorly maintained and dirty. The parking garage still has broken glass that has not been repaired. Hallway floors are damaged and uneven, creating clear safety hazards, and maintenance does not address them. The stairwells feel unsafe. I am extremely disappointed with the condition of this apartment complex. While the front office and surrounding areas appear clean and well maintained, the condition of the back of the building tells a completely different story. The stairwells are consistently dirty and often smell like urine, which is unacceptable. Management frequently sends emails reminding residents about trash pickup and encouraging the community to keep the property clean. While community responsibility is important, it is equally important for management to maintain the property itself. Basic upkeep such as sweeping the stairwells, addressing odors, repairing damaged doors and walls, and applying fresh paint where needed should not be overlooked. My experience here has been impeccable. From the moment i got here, Bryant has been so informative. The effort he’s given and his fellow agents has been exemplary. I came to tour today and it’s been nothing short of amazing. Leading with that, my car died on their lot and they sent AD (the maintenance crew) to come and assist me to make sure I made it home safely. They care and I can only imagine how much they care about living assistance. Just come and tour and you’ll see

Management is worthless. Our unit which was "ready for move in" had dry wall dust all over the floors there was a puddle in the living room. The carpet in the closet was wet and had a musky smell. Management has shown little interest or sincerity for the abysmal living co editions they put us in. I am counting the days until I can terminate this lease. Below find oir "cleaned" unit
