5 Central Apartments

Living here at 5 Central for the past 4 years, and being here for the changes of management, I have to say this new team, Maddy assistance in the leasing office, and Peyton the manager. Things have never run smoother. They're the youngest team that has been here, but they've done the most. Peyton is here from 7am until the office closes, Maddy handles tenants with the upmost care, and patience. My husband and I love it here and plan to be here for quite awhile.

I really appreciate the assistance I have received from the entire office but I really want to mention the kindness and willingness on the part of the manager and the maintenance man to help me with the several problems I have had with the garage door and the microwave. The manager, Mario, is extremely helpful and shows concerns for my needs. The maintenance man, Jeff, has also been most willing to assist and deal with my problems with the bathroom and the microwave. So, I must say that I am very happy with the new management and the maintenance person. If you have any questions, I shall be most happy to answer. Very nice apartments, quiet, good neighbors, when signed my lease was Mario Romero did amazing job with getting moved in and knowing the place, and getting things fixed fast from previous atentent changes.

During the process we met with regional managers Shannon, Anthony and Joe; all who were very pleasant and informative. They discussed about making changes and upgrades to 5 Central and investing back in the property.It is good to know that they are working for us from behind the scenes . We also met the new property management team. Mario, Jeff and Darian who are equally pleasant and informative. They have had their hands full since they arrived at 5 Central. I have found this place to be welcoming and helpful with any questions I have. Great little town to walk with a lot to offer. Beautiful city to wander around. Trails near for walking and biking. Joe our maintenance guy, is more than willing to help and work on problems that arise with my washer and dishwasher! He spends hours trying to fix “old” ( really old) appliances! He works on replacing light bulbs, ( I gave it him some that last 13 years!!). If the “owners” would invest a little more money into this gem, it would be a better place for people to enjoy. Jordan was wonderful and now she is gone. There is a reason for that…,, pay perhaps? I moved in quickly and in blur!!!
