Listen to the poor reviews, there’s a reason there’s few positive, they got lucky or have no clue and did not live in any of the other buildings. You get what you pay for, nothing about this building is “premiere.” To start off, the leasing office is extremely unorganized and lacks proper communication. I had a friend who was in the process of moving in, received a call saying his application was approved and he would be good to go and then later received another call saying they needed his guarantor. I had an issue regarding the rent posted and emailed mid day on a Friday, got no answer. I called to follow up, they told me they would let the manager know and that I would be contacted that day and called back, got nothing. It took 2 days after that for me to receive an email from the manag

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! The management does not care about its residents and living here is awful. There is constantly dog poop and pee in the hallways, elevators, and staircase. It is understaffed and there is often nobody working at the front desk during the hours they should be open. They sold our unit when we had reached out to them about renewing our lease and were in the process of signing, and tried to force us to move to a different unit that would be more expensive. The pool was not operational for about a year and a half that I lived here. They will kick you out your parking spaces with only a days notice. They constantly enter the units. They charged me $300 after moving out for minor damages and cleaning. They take forever to fix anything, sometimes maintenance requests will be mark

I have been living at 4th Street Commons Apartments for a couple months and I have enjoyed so far. The atmosphere of community has made me feel safe. It has everything I need, a gym, pool, Amazon hub, study rooms, free printing, and more.

Non-coperative and totally unprofessional staff. Never make mistake to live here. They always find ways to charge you extra like if you are 1 hour late on the move out day , you might be charged 500$. Complete non sense.

What a horrible experience all around. Needed somewhere temporarily to live after my lease in downtown ended. The whole apartment smelt like dog piss & my roommates informed me that it was due to the previous tenant leaving her dogs in the room 24/7 with no potty breaks. The carpet should’ve been replaced with how horrible it smelt. I had gone to the office many times about this & never had resolution. Dog poop/pee is sprinkled in the halls and on the main sidewalk. Dogs barking all through the night. I haven’t lived in student housing since I was a freshman at another school but wow this was beyond ridiculous. This is “student” housing but many people here are obviously not students and when I applied I was not asked for any proof of education. When trying to sublet my unit, it took almo
