I toured the building with Joshua and was really impressed. He was really lovely and knowledgeable about the building and neighborhood. To start, I loved the entry courtyard with beautiful landscaping and the door staff were polite and friendly. I looked at the 1bdrm and studio and they were both really nice compared to what I’ve seen in the neighborhood. The biggest plus for me was gym with a ton of natural light and the closets! (They’re huge!)

Took a great and informative tour with Josh To view many apartments and the building Beautiful building with a lot of great amenities! He was extremely great to work with and knowledgeable and answered all my many questions. He made the application process seamless and was so helpful. Nothing but a positive great experience!

My experience would have been a lot better if people had went to the building link and see that they were approved for their reservation period because we kept getting interrupted and it was a little irritating.

This building is super beautiful and the rooftop view’s are absolutely incredible. I would like to thank the whole Brodsky team for making the whole application process as simple and easy as possible. They were extremely responsive and helpful. I would personally like to thank Menchi and Mayra and the whole rest of the team that assisted in this process.

Be careful before you lease any of their apartments. They will fail to tell you about the air quality (cancer) there and the huge mice problem. Never renting here again
