I lived here for almost 2 yrs (23 months) and out of the 3 apartments I've lived in Austin, will miss this one the most! I would have happily stayed with the company but unfortunately they did not have a complex in the neighborhood I was looking to move to. Hyde Park is a great area to live in, and the location of this apartment is a minute walk to the 24 hour Walgreens which was super convenient for my late nights working. The neighborhood is super walkable with tons of trees for shade which was a huge perk for my dog. Additionally it's walkable to the Triangle which has a small fenced in dog park. The renovations look nice from the outside but inside the apartments there isn’t a lot too love. There are bug problems that me and some of my neighbors encounter on a daily basis. Good luck trying to get in contact with the office seeing as they never answer the phone. You can put in a maintenance request but good luck getting anything fixed, I put in a request for pest control and all they did was leave a note on my door telling me to take care of it myself! Take your money elsewhere and avoid this company at all cost. I will not be renewing here.

I moved in beginning of October 2020. The office called me up for a tour within an hour of my online inquiry. I was approved for an apartment the next day! Maintenance is kind of sus but management is usually very responsive and helpful.

Have been calling multiple times, left messages through their webpage and have not received a single response. The office never picks up phone during their listed hours or after hours. Their online appointment scheduling does not work either, literally no way to get into contact with them to rent an apartment. Horrible way to attract possible tenants.

This apartment is run by Property Society which is the WORST management company who just steals your money and runs off false advertisement. Any good reviews are from that company. DO NOT LIVE HERE
