I love living here its a lot of space and for once I don't have to feel like I'm jammed in a tight apartment, and everyone that lives here is friendly, and the new Manager Julie is awesome and very nice to me.

Love living here! Within walking distance to several downtown restaurants and businesses. Garage or street parking. Amy, the property manager is easy to work with and very accommodating. Have lived here for almost 4 years and have zero complaints.

My HVAC unit does not work. It hasn't since I moved in, in July. I've complained multiple times and instead of fixing it, they only change the filter. I bought space heaters to stay warm, but now they have caused all of my living room outlets to no longer work. I am left with no choice but to stay in a hotel for the night. I need someone to fix it ASAP.

Bunch of Con artists, they accepted my application fee without having any available units and didn't bother to call me you let me know. They'd probably sell you dragon blood if you asked for it.

Management is horrible and they will kick you out for no reason. Also, they love to charge extra fees then make up why they charged them.
